Sports-mad Archie Naughton will complete for the 3rd time the 26-mile route in a specially adapted buggy to raise awareness for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).
Archie and his twin brothers George and Isaac (7) were diagnosed with the debilitating condition in 2012.
